Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds for returned merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any original shipping charges. Store credits may be used toward future purchases on our website.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available.

However, items purchased during a sale, promotion, clearance event, or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

If you need a different size or color for a regularly priced item, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Discounted or promotional purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Worn, washed, or altered merchandise
